Bought these for my husband after he injured his foot. They are easy to use and the design also contours to the foot. The Velcro is really aggressive and keeps the ice pack in place. Just wish it would stay cold longer. I know that you shouldn’t ice for longer than 20 minutes.

I sustained a broken ankle with an additional broken bone in my foot. This ice pack has been a life saver. It was difficult to keep trational ice packs on my foot. With the Velcro straps this worked like a charm. I highly recommend this product.

This is a wonderful product. I have daughter who fractured her foot a year ago and we have a hard time getting the swelling down. She went through a year of rehab and than re-fractured the same foot in the same spot. The doctor called it a fracture inside a fracture.Again, we started with the ice, ibuprofen, and elevation. We ran into the same problems of not being able to reach every spot of the foot and ankle at the same time, while trying to get her to stay in one spot long enough to reduce the swelling. I got her some compression socks and they helped a lot with pain and swelling but still ice would be best. We tried frozen water in a Ziploc baggie, frozen water bottles taped around the foot and ankle, and like my mom suggested a bag of frozen peas. Nothing, we used seem to help and I was feeling bad about the constant ibuprofen she was taking to help.I finally found this product here on Amazon and I am extremely happy with this. She can ice every tiny spot of her foot and ankle at the same time for 20 minutes. No more 20 minutes for this spot and 20 minutes for that spot, which would take longer trying to maneuver the ice around before it melts.With this product her foot and ankle have made improvements and she doesn’t feel it takes hours to ice her foot. She loves the soft material on the inside instead of hard plastic water bottles, Ziploc bags, or frozen peas.This product is well worth the money and helps every spot feel better and allows less time sitting around while icing.Thank you for making a good product.

I broke my ankle on the 4th of July and had to have surgery. 🙁 I have incisions on both sides of the ankle, 10 screws, 1 pin, and a long plate in there now, and the swelling has been an issue for me. It is very difficult to manage two separate ice packs or even one long one (designed for use on one’s back) and keep them where you need them. This is especially difficult when sitting at my desk at work, where I have to turn to greet people, answer the phone, etc. I bought two of these just for work, figuring I’d just use the “flat” ones I have at home. While they are kind of awkward to put on by yourself if you have a bit of a belly and are older like me, but after a couple of times, they are easy enough to master. It remains to be seen if the seams hold out, but for now I am very pleased. So pleased in fact that I’m thinking about buying two more to keep at home.I fully expected the coldness to last 30 minutes or less. I wrapped my ankle in a heavy bath towel (folded in half, and draped over the top of the foot while sitting at my desk at work, propped up on a file box). I’m guessing they would last at least 30 minutes without the towel for insulation, but with the towel, these stayed cold for at least 2 hours each, after being in the freezer for only 3-4 hours.It would be nice if they made a larger size (I haven’t looked, maybe they do?) for folks with larger feet, but they covered my women’s size 9.5 nicely. I did see in another review that a gentleman said he inverter them and just put the longer side (that’s supposed to go up the calf) on the foot part, so that is an option.
