Measure Around Your Knee To Find The Right Fit
Compression garments are only effective when they are being worn and properly sized. Measurement is essential to proper sizing, fit and performance.
To find your fit, measure the circumference of your left or right knee cap in a standing position:
12″-16″ S/M
16″-20″ L/XL
20″-22″ 2XL
22″-24″ 3XL
To use, position the middle of the sleeve over the knee. You may need to adjust the sleeve a few inches up or down to get the desired compression and comfort.

OK, my knees is still not perfect, but putting this on in the morning and wearing all day makes it feel much better and less achey than any other sleeve I have tried. Plus it is comfortable. I am a woman, weight about 215lb with very heavy knees and legs so I got the 3X and I am glad I did because it works perfect. There is really no smell though it says menthol and when you first are putting it on you can smell it but not as you are wearing it so it wouldnt offend anybody. I am so happy to have found something that gives me some relief and plan to buy a second on for my other knee now which is not quite as bad but hey, why not? I highly recommend this product and I have tried about six others from amazon before this one and this is the best.

They seem to be good quality but they run small. Ordered a S/M which is the size I ordered other brands. Unfortunately, I had to take them off because they were cutting blood circulation in my legs & left indentations. I will probably try to order the L size although I am not a large size on anything else.

Product looks good quality but no idea how to properly wear it. Which side does the tag go on? Product only arrived in good condition in plastic bag. Suggestion: There should be written instructions or photo/drawing so buyer uses properly.

I blew out my knee in high school, and now in my late 40s as a diesel tech, I have to wear a hinged knee brace. Living in Houston in this heat I was getting bad heat rash until I started using the Copperfit Ice sleeves underneath it. Not only do they keep my knees cool and rash free, but they add the extra support I’ve been missing.

I am constantly on my feet and frequently handle heavy parcels as part of my job. Within a few months, my right knee developed some kind of injury (I suspect a torn meniscus). I bought this knee sleeve to relieve the pain and provide enough support to aid the healing process. I’m happy to say that, after using this daily for a little over a week, my knee pain is almost nonexistent. It really works! The fit is not too constricting, the menthol is not too strong, and it is barely noticeable under clothing. I really can’t praise this product enough. It is well worth the money and I highly recommend it for others experiencing mild to moderate knee pain.

I bought these for my father at his request. His knees hurt him when he stands up and walks. He expected the sleeve to be longer and was hoping the compression and menthol would help relieve his pain. These sleeves provided him no relief. I think the sleeves are probably not meant to help someone whose knees are in the condition his are. The orthopedist said they are ‘bone on bone’ and he needs surgery. He was hopeful, but… I don’t know how to review this product as I don’t think they’re meant for him, so I’m just giving 4 stars. I don’t recomend these for someone whose knees are in similar condition to my dad’s.
