Ingredients
Ingredients: propylene glycol, urea, glycerin, lactic acid, water, sodium hydroxide, disodium EDTA
Directions
Apply a thin layer 2 times per day for the first week of use, once in the morning and once at night directly to affected nail and under the fee edge of the nail (toe or fingernails). After 1 week, continue to apply once per day at night for a minimum of 8 weeks total. Allow a few minutes to dry after each application. Depending on the severity of the condition, 3 to 6 months of application may be needed to achieve full effect.

I got this product for my sister (who is special needs) because she has a chronic fungal infection on multiple toenails – very thick. This started to help very quickly but she would not cooperate with applying it consistently. We will try again in the winter time.In the meantime, my spouse had a residual pointed area on his big toe from a procedure and an infection from a few years back. He WAS consistent with using this product as directed and the creased area of the nail flaked away and is now growing back correctly.IMPORTANT: Read all directions when using this product.

I’ve always been embarrassed of my toes. Mainly the two big ones that had turned an ugly yellow over years of fungus from sports. I’ve tried Walmart brand applications, foot wraps and nothing has worked. I’ve only been using this product for 4 days and I can tell it’s working! There’s still some yellow but not even noticeable unless you really look close. I’m excited to finish using this bottle and hopefully clear it all the way up! I was too cheap to go to the doctor so I would’ve been stuck in socks for the rest of my life.

Recommendations:Use more that one product because toenail fungus is very hard to get get rid of.Treat every toenail twice a day for months to come.Spray all your shoes and slippers with antifungal spray regularly.Kerasal is the only product I’ve used that actually separated the Fungal nails from the healthy nail. This happened on three of my toenails so far. Both big toes became bruised. Either that or the fungus got them too. Again, treat all ten toenails as the fungus will spread from toenail to toenail and reinfect toes you thought were cured.Kerasal seems to be the best I’ve tried so far but I use two products twice daily. Get yourself ready for months of battling toenail fungus. I caught mine early and it’s still very hard to get rid of.

It didn’t clear up my nail 100% but what a SIGNIFICANT difference! To the point where it’s actually starting to grow back again! I’m thinking it’s just too thick for the product to penetrate through entirely and that’s why it’s not completely gone but I’ll be getting it filed soon and I’m truly confident that’ll be the solution to it clearing up entirely. Saved me from spending $50 on the one the Dr recommended and is the only one that’s worked so far at all (tried some of the brush on ones) and really surprised my how quickly it worked. Even with my forgetting to apply twice a day sometimes it’s been a game changer!

Over many years and many supposed cures this is the ONLY topical treatment that seems to actually get under the nail and begin working. Not totally cured yet as the new nail is slow growing but definite change to the visible nail.

I’ve had this fungus for a few years now. I know nasty! I tried a lot of things and nothing worked. I have to admit I gave up trying nail I came across this. BEST PURCHASE EVER!!I DO NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!I forget to do it daily ! There has been a steady improvement in my nails and fungus since using this. I have been using it about a month. There was a small change in a few days that I could see. I have now ordered my second tube. Beats taking the drugs that did not cure the fungus. I am hopeful for a dramatic change.

I was amazed by how well this works. It’s pricey, but worth it.I was very ill for so long that i was unable to take care of my left big toe nail for over a year when i could see it needed care and it was getting worse. My nail ended up thick and yellow. This is really embarrassing.I am writing about this anyway to let people know who have a serious, untended, far down the road, problem with their toenails that this gel works really well and can actually clear it up. This might also be helpful for anyone taking care of someone, especially if it’s someone they love, that is very ill and has this problem.When i told my mom recently about this gel and how well it was working on my long term troubled toenail that had become quite bad off, she told me that the last few years before my dad passed away, when he was really ill, that his toenails had gotten really bad. Narly, thick and yellow.I wish my mom and I could go back, so that this gel could be used on his toenails so that, on top of being so ill, he wouldn’t have to feel the terrible embarrassment of having his toenails all damaged, hard and yellow from fungus, where people could see, and not even be able to take care of it.I don’t want this to happen to anyone else’s loved one.I had no idea it could be cured so easily. This product has softened my aging toenails immediately, making them easier to trim. Over a few weeks, you are able to gradually scrape away from underneath the toenails excess nail cells, which diminishes thickening. The product also quickly corrects yellow discoloration. My toenails look better, feel better, and are easier to trim and file. I’ve been using the product for about a month, now once a day after I shower, and plan to continue. Highly recommend.

I was amazed on how fast I saw results. Nail was clear by day two and on day three I noticed the darkened spots started lightening up. I have tried other products in the past and This product actually works!!! I’ll never wear white nail polish again, this is the only polish color that causes this.
