   For several years, I was self-treating for “restless leg”. Then, ALMOST 3 years ago, ALL OF A SUDDEN(!!!), my feet & lower legs started to bother me big-time! The R one has always been the worst. BUT BOTH are in on the “invasion of my sanity!!!” TERRIBLE – UNBEARABLE – AWFUL – HORRIFIC!!! UN-able to explain in words – how EXCRUCIATING the PAIN & DISCOMFORT!!!!ONCE-AGAIN……. I am self-treating!!! I scoured the internet for help!! I have cut back to part-time at work, then even more PART-TIME recently!! It is hard during waking and working hours, BUT THEN COMES when I TRY TO SLEEP!!! YOWZER!!Sometimes a ways into a car ride also, (beyond the across town type trips).Not even sure how to describe the pain!! (which comes on later into evening, then multiplies many times once get into bed), and TRY to sleep!! It feels like feet, & often even lower half of lower legs – is ON FIRE!! Like being stabbed with millions of needles over and over!!! Feet are simply SO PAINFUL to the touch, [but even when not being touched] – that you just want to scream – or – cry!! Under the ball of foot is a very touchy area too. Feet FEEL SWOLLEN ( & NUMB) BUT do NOT LOOK swollen at all!!!!!!!!!! BUT YET – THERE IS FEELING there!! If I step on something, it HURTS!!ANYWAY!!! … I recently stumbled upon this neuropathy cream. I am not known to be diabetic, but have pretty good idea neuropathy is what I am dealing with. I have learned that is not the only cause of it. So, even though a bit pricey for my wallet, I closed my eyes and hit “order now”!! I figure – if it helps!!! – – – I’m ONLY 62, and I plan to live to be AT LEAST 100, so need to be getting a few more good nights sleep!!As I stated at the start, it came fast (with my amazon Prime), and all intact!! NO ISSUES as some complained of!! I have used it all 3 nights so far, and INTEND TO CONTINUE!! It may not help 100%, but enough to help me sleep a bit better. AND, I am not so sure the longer you use it, the more it might be helping too. I am a VERY HOT person, so it is hard for me to do, but I have been wearing socks to bed, to keep it more on my feet, & less on the bedding, to get a better effect.I may be considered a bit odd anyway, to love the smell of Ben-gay and the like! I cant really say this smells like that, but in that ‘neighborhood’, but pretty MILD / MELLOW. More maybe like a (MILD) Vicks or other congestion rub. I LIKE the smell of this cream that is a light blueish in tub, but goes on clear. Not too thick, not too thin – JUST RIGHT – don’t need to use too much at a time (start small dab, & add a tiny touch more if needed). It is NOT GREASY!!!So, as I said, it may or may be my total answer to my problem, but if I were you, I’d surely give it a try!!!!And, unlike some sellers – just out there to make a buck, company [Nuturna] seems to be proud to make & keep their customers happy!!!!!!So, even though only using a few days so far, I am giving them a 5 stars!!!

   I had my doubts because I wanted it for my sciatic going down the back of my theighs. But it does seem to be giving me some relief. I’m going to keep watching that it actually helps. It was worth the money

    I just read the fine print listed ON THE CONTAINER I purchased back in Dec of this year…. I will NEVER purchase this product again. They make you believe you are buying a 100% natural, healthy product… touting on the front of the container: “with Arnica, Vitamin B6 & E, MSM, Aloe Vera” but here are the synthetic, toxic chemical ingredients lurking in the fine print on my container that EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF:1. FDC Blue # 1 – No one needs the controversial artificial BLUE chemical color in his or her “Intensive Concentrate For Relief & Recovery” (( ! )) I can certainly do withOUT the FAKE BLUE.2. Phenoxyethanol – is a germicidal and germistatic glycol ether. Acute (short-term) exposure to high levels of the glycol ethers in humans results in narcosis, pulmonary edema, and severe liver and kidney damage. Chronic (long-term) exposure to the glycol ethers in humans may result in neurological and blood effects, including fatigue, nausea, tremor, and anemia. NO THANKS !3. Polysorbate 20- “The problem with any ingredient that is treated with ethylene oxide (or “ethoxylated”) is that it can then become contaminated with 1,4-dioxane, a potentially dangerous toxic ingredient. In fact, 1,4-dioxane in cosmetics is a known animal carcinogen that penetrates readily into the skin. This ingredient has also been linked with skin allergies. Further, products can be made withOUT these chemicals.” A scientist who told the truth…. awesome !!!!She must not be in fear of her research funding being cut !5. Triethanolamine- According to Cosmetic Ingredient Review, Association of Occupational and Environmental Clinics, and the U.S. National Library of Medicine, there is strong evidence that Triethanolamine is a human skin, immune system and respiratory toxicant. One or more animal studies show sense organ effects at very low doses, especially when used around the mouth, eyes and lips, and one or more in vitro tests on mammalian cells show positive mutation results. It has been shown to cause bladder and liver cancer, as well as changes in testicles. According to OrganicConsumers.org, Triethanolamine can cause allergic reactions including eye problems, dryness of hair and skin, and could be toxic if absorbed into the body over a long period of time. It can cause itching, burning, scaling, hives, and blistering of skin, all symptoms which may increase with higher concentrations (The Green Beauty Guide). Triethanolamine “should not be used in products containing N-nitrosating agents to prevent the formation of possibly carcinogenic nitrosamines.”To Nuturna Company- Please do NOT contact me OR… try to publicly refute the above facts by stating something like: “As you can see… the ingredients you mentioned are listed in the “Inactive Ingredients” and our company uses such a small amount of those ingredients that they could not possibly harm our customers.” That is what you call- “The Typical Company Political PR Response” (for inquiries into the matter) and that response is TOTAL BS ! Companies who truly care about their customers… the health and wellness of all people, our wildlife and our Earth… should NOT BE USING controversial and proven toxic ingredients AT ALL ! There are plenty of other natural, potent, effective and healthy ingredients you can use in your products. Am I vexed ? You bet I am !I NEVER USE SYNTHETIC CHEMICAL products in any application (topical, food, nutritional supplements, household products, etc) That’s what I get… for trusting and not reading the fine print. Never again !

    After massaging this medication type cream onto my arm after a few minutes it is not greasy does not stain clothes or bed sheets takes about an hour and all my itching was gone
