I’d purchased the 2oz. size of this product before it was even called “Nervacol” (it used to simply say “one small batch”). It worked pretty well for me, so I just ordered a 4oz.’er.Got it today, and the package looked like someone threw it against a wall. Box was wet, jar was completely shattered (and it’s THICK glass!), so someone really had to have mishandled this. The Amazon site said the product wasn’t eligible for replacement, as did the customer support automated system, so I had to speak to an agent for a refund.What really concerned me, however, was not the condition of the package (as bad as it was), but the fact that there was actually very little cream in the jar itself (def. not 4oz. worth). The little box itself was wet, but not soaked, and the Amazon envelope they sent it is wasn’t wet at all. I tried to see if any of the product was salvageable, but it was not… large chunks of thick glass throughout. But again, what caught my eye was the fact that there was nowhere near 4oz. of cream in the package, and upon looking at the jar (bits) itself, it was obvious that not only is the glass very thick, but the bottom of the jar has a pronounced hump, almost as if to deliberately reduce the volume of the jar.I’m actually hesitant to re-order this, as I’m thinking they may be shipping less than the stated amount of cream in each jar. There looks to be at least two very similar (identical?) products: one from Owell Naturals and one from Nuturna, so I may chance it and try one of those…

Got this for my husband and it worked after a few times but it didn’t last long enough had to reapply in the night. For the money it was good for a lil while at least will be looking for other things.

It works fairly well, the smell is pleasant and not too strong. I feel like there are other creams out there that last a bit longer.

Liked at this product for a while before ordering. Thought it was expensive for another gimmick. If you have any neuropathy in your hands, arms, shoulders, feet etc…get this. It really is worth the price. I use this on my arm, especially my elbow, and my hands. I sit at a computer all day. My hands tingle, burn and get so numb. Nervacol works to help ease the pain quite a bit! I’ll be buying more in the future!

So I bought this for my mom because she is suffering from chronic pain in her feet and legs and OMG I’m extremely impressed, my mom was able to walk around for the first time without pain, this is the first product out of thousands of products that we used that has actually done something for once, we are very excited about this stuff, I 100% recommend this for anyone that has chronic pain, and I will 100% be buying this again

This creme really works and I was truly surprised at how well it works. I have pain in both feet and I put this creme on and cover my feet with a good pair of socks and the pain goes away really quickly. I highly recommend!

A little pricey for my bank account, but all in all a great product. Both my husband and I use when needed… the neck aches, RLS, and funny enough- severe bruising (due to working cattle- iykyk). My husband is on the tractor a lot- having to turn to watch behind him- so his neck is wrenched quite often. He’ll slab a little bit on, and within minutes, he can feel the relief. So yes, I do recommend this product for minor aches and pains.Also works very well for my RLS.
