At the beginning I was a bit disappointed because I wasn’t feeling comfortable with them, but it was just a matter of time and getting used to the elevation of the arch. Now the plantar fasciitis is not a problem on my daily walks and I’m also feeling an improvement on my knees. I use them in different shoes and the fit perfectly. Gonna give them more time to se if the endure the use I give them.

I have had foot pain for years. Not bad but annoying. One week ago it got really bad plus a severe left hip pain, screaming bad hip pain. I work pest control and my back pack weighs 80 pounds when I start spraying a customers house and ends up about 30 pounds when done. I barely got my route finished that day and was looking at insurance for a doctor in my area since I don’t do doctor visits. Other than ER new patient wait is 3 to 5 days. Then I started looking up symptoms and found planter fasciitis. I membered a radio commercial for Good Feet but mistakenly typed in Easy Feet and found their website. I took there questionnaire and it suggested these and I ordered them Friday evening. That night I had to sleep sitting up because I could not lay down with out terrible hip pain. Saturday was spent sitting in one place with random hip flashes of pain until amazon delivered these insoles about 6 pm. I immediately put them in my boots and tried them out. It was like some one flipped a switch. I still had some pain in both my foot and hip but the hip pain went from a 10 to 3 immediately. I’m not making this up, It was that fast. Immediate relief. I could not fit them in my slippers so I wore my work boots as slippers the rest of the weekend. It has been 1 week since getting them and they are truly a miracle for me. ZERO hip pain and foot pains is barely noticeable and about gone. All in one week! And it looks like they are a lot less than the Good Feet store. I will never have a pair of shoes or boots with out these in them again. I’m ordering a pair for my slippers too!

At first I thought I would miss my old super cushioning insoles, but the trade off has been worth it. The arch supports are high enough to catch my descending arches during the stride, but not push on them except when needed. The deep heel cup stops my feet from wobbling side to side on my extra loose ankles. And the insole as a whole has cut down on my out-turned R foot and my tendency to walk on its outside edge (supination). The result has been noticeable reduction in the pain in my R knee, hip, and sacroiliac area. So I bought a second pair for my new walking shoes–both pairs are New Balance.

Needed wide size and these do that, but typically if you are buying wide a slightly higher grade of arch support is needed. However, these are actually better than the last “made for you” supports I bought and overall good for the price. I still recommend and would buy again.

Let me start by saying I’ve been an Easyfeet user for years now and I adore their red insoles. They last me about a year each time before I wear through them, but they are wonderful. I decided to see what Easyfeets top of the line is like this year and I’m very disappointed.The Onyx black insoles are more expensive, less comfortable, and less supportive. I feel like I’m missing something. These are just not good. I gave them two weeks and my feet HURT. I walk 5-10 miles a day on hard concrete, and where the red insoles support my feet, the Onyx blacks feel like I’m barefoot on the concrete. Maybe it’s just a me thing, but there are actually no positive qualities about these insoles. I’ll be seeing about that 1 year guarantee they advertise.Edit:Easyfeet refunded me immediately after emailing them. They didn’t ask for a review change or anything. Excellent customer service. I’ll stick with the brand, just not this particular product.

I am a correction officer and on my feet for sometimes 16 hours. These insoles are game changing. I have several different types of the insoles and I recommend them all. You really can’t go wrong with these.

I bought two pairs. The first pair worked great to support my feet and reduce my plantar fasciitis pain in my running shoes. The second pair was used in my ski boots. I have very little extra room in my high performance boots thus the thickness of this insole created a fit issue in the toes, forefoot, and instep. However my heel was well supported and the cushioning significantly reduced my heal pain at the end of the day. I ended up emailing them and they were true to their return policy. I got a credit back in less than 12 hours. It wasn’t the product’s fault that I requested a refund. So, from my perspective, excellent product and excellent customer service.
