For someone who has bad nerve pain this works out okay. My mother applies it about once an hour and it works for that period of time on her foot. However to make it last longer we also apply some additional Arnica cream and its able to mimick gabapentin just not for as long of a time as well .The smell is kind of minty but not overwhelming.I dont know if we would buy it again because its so expensive and you need to apply it frequently which means its not a cost friendly medicine.

I have been using this cream for about a week now and have found relief on my sore fingers. I have to agree with other reviews, it does have a strong odor that lingers; therefore, I use it at night under compression gloves.
