I stumbled upon this product at a trade show about 8 years ago. Bought a package deal, and it lasted that long until earlier this month. The pain relief was so great, when I moved out from my partner, he called to make sure I left half of the Real-Time!The smell is very mild and not harsh. The relief is so quick, most people are in disbelief it’s the effects of the cream. Even though it states foot cream, you can and should use it everywhere. Great for athletes and active lifestyles. Even on arthritic hands and knees.

The foot cream helps for a couple hours, long enough for me to get to sleep and it wears off in about 3-4 hours then I reapply. It has a nice soft refreshing smell. An application doesn’t take much so a jar lasts a long time.
