I love these and they really do help my foot. They’re nice and snug, made very well. The issue I have is they’re a bit loose at the top. I followed the sizing chart to the “T”. I’m wearing them brand new, the loose top isn’t from me yanking on them, to pull them on. I walked around wearing them all day and the loose part didn’t take away from the overall fit and support. I folded down the top about 1/2 inch and I’m happy. Not going to return them. They feel great, probably the best foot support I’ve had.
GO BILLS –
after wearing knee high compression stockings for years these are a welcome relief, especial when wearing sneakers & shorts in the warmer weather. You need to be careful because they snag easy, but the one thing that kept me from giving a 5th star is that one of the stockings has developed a tendency to roll on the end closest to the toes. This can be painful when wearing footwear. But it’s not keeping me from re-ordering!

I started getting swelling of the ankles a month ago, and it got to a point where it was painful to walk, go up and down stairs, and exercise on a rowing machine. I tried some compression socks, and they worked, but getting them on was a chore, and I just didn’t enjoy having my entire calf encased.I bought a pair of these compression sleeves in the largest size after making the recommended measurements. These compression sleeves are easier to get on and off, and you certainly do feel compression, just not as much as the compression socks that extended to just below the knee provided. I continue to have pain relief, but perhaps not to the same degree as with the socks. I may eventually try buying the next smaller size. I’m sure this will increase the compression. It’s uncertain whether it will end up being uncomfortable.I think these compression sleeves will work really well for many people. Getting optimum performance and balancing compression and comfort may take some trial and error despite the best intentions of the manufacturer and their sizing recommendations. I’m keeping and actually wearing the pair that I have. I’d like to see how they hold up, and whether or not they provide less compression over time. Once I have a better idea of how they hold up, I may very well get additional pairs. I don’t enjoy pain, and so even at this early stage I don’t regret that I bought them.

[This review is based solely on my experience!] I sprained my ankle on a hiking trip over the 4th of July and decided it wasn’t serious enough to seek medical advice. I did, however, use these compression socks consistently for as long as I experienced swelling, pain, and stiffness. They were especially critical to being able to return to running, biking, hiking, and other sports. In my personal non medical opinion they sped up my recovery.

I have an old injury to my Achilles tendon that has really become painful the older I get. I have tried other ankle braces, as well as many different types of shoes, but this little sock brace seems to work the best. I can actually walk in sandals as long as I have this on. Pleasantly surprised how well it works!

They don’t provide as much compression as some of the other cheaper brands. Seem to be made well; I’m thinking they will hold up better I’m the wash. Definitely wear them with heel cups for max relief.

I get Achilles pain to both feet. Also have arthritis to both feet/ankles. These feel good when I have flares and can even stand to wear them at night. Love that the toes are free. And it’s thin enough to wear with shoes, but strong enough to help.
